The Facilities Management Sections is responsible for Agency premises in the VIC and supports the FM team located at the Agency research facilities in Seibersdorf.

Led the takeover from project to operation for TwoFour54 media studios and the takeover of a property leased for New York University campus in Abu Dhabi for students and faculty accommodation. Supported various leasing and project activities.

Management of the Bank Property Portfolio including retail bank branch and ATM network. Project Managed 4 new branches (2 new build and 2 fit outs, new IPO Centre, various refurbishments and the new CBQ 22 storey HQ.

Development / Management of HSBC Offshoring Centres across Asia from a base in Hyderabad India. Developed 5 new build data processing centres which featured highly resilient engineering for these critical facilities. A further 3 substantial fit outs provided early start facilities.

Part of the C&W team undertaking a pre-opening readiness review. Mentored the leasing teams and explored opportunities for maximising revenue between the various elements of the scheme - hotels, offices, retail, car parking and entertain,ent.

Management of the condominium properties forming the early phase of the Rockwell development comprising 5 high rise properties providing over 800 units. Main responsibilities consisted of handover of the units and setting up the facilities management of the scheme in coordination with the Owners committee. Organised the initial AGM and managed the regular.

Managed handover from Project Managers to operation. Established the condo title strategy and registration, set up service charge scheme, provided the leasing teams with technical support, authored the house rules, fit out guides and other documentation.

Took over the Project to complete the Al Fardan Mall at Sharjah Lagoon. Responsibilities included the construction project, leasing and operational readiness. Completed the mall and opened for trading in May 1998.

General Manager of the Galleria complex consisting of serviced apartments and offices, shopping mall, ice rink, cinema complex and food outlets. Project Managed the renovation of the entire complex including splitting the cinema into a multi screen facility.
