Working in agile delivery and project teams have worked to support test and build.Quality from a team perspective - 'all team test' gets all members of a delivery squad thinking test first from feature inception to release and maintenance. This leads to a reduction in defects and a more maintainable code base. SaFE scaled agile practitioner - multiple delivery squads work in a coordinated delivery cadence, this requires coordinated rituals and dependency identification.Test production and maintenance - Part of my role was to build a supportable base of tests to support the ongoing support and delivery.Defect identification and management - Identifying, documenting and managing defects through to their resolution which lead to reduced operational and reputational risk.Integration testing - Testing of various integration methodologies such as SSIS, SOAP and identifying causes of defects.Load testing - Load testing of SOAP based endpoints - coordinating with operations team to monitor performance and perform post test data analysis.UAT lead - Work with product owners to schedule and manage coordination of UAT sessions and gather feedback and approvals, which allowed software to be released to production with fewer issues.ERP systems - PeopleSoft campus solutions and Salesforce HEDA.Lead and implemented a delivery of campus wide secure document printing solution (Testamur, AHEGS and Transcripts) project was delivered to customers satisfaction.
