Forecasting and predicting customer behavior: GLMMs, discrete-event simulation, time series forecasting (ETS, SARIMAX, hierarchical methods), tree-based models (GBM, XGBoost), credit risk models.

Developed dashboards and wrote ad-hoc queries for an IOT company with 3+ million customers and 50+ million connected devices. Data science highlights: developed logistic regression models to identify acceptable WiFi metric ranges for connected video cameras, worked with marketing to determine the impact of ad campaigns on customer sign-ups, used Bayesian hierarchical models to establish the impact of ISPs and geographic factors of WiFi reliability.

Performed statistical analyses and led data management efforts on surveys for federal clients.
