With a deep commitment to youth development and social innovation, Michael started his career in an impact-driven community and social incubator. His duties include advising and developing strategies for more than 200 social entrepreneurs and over 10 non-governmental organizations (NGOs), drawing on his broad network and in-depth knowledge across various sectors and operation optimization. Michael began his entrepreneurial journey by founding a social enterprise that equips young individuals with essential soft skills, entrepreneurship support, and personal coaching. He has supported 500+ youth across ages and backgrounds. Michael is currently a project and partnerships manager at Generation Hong Kong. He is responsible for projects to create bridges between corporate resources and youth learners. This involves building models for corporate volunteerism and crafting CSR initiatives that enhance employability for young job seekers. He has also managed the JC PROcruit C project, which provides first-time job seekers with critical employability skills and career guidance for 900+ trainees.Michael earned a Master of Social Sciences in Non-Profit Management from The University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Sociology from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
