Principal Consultant in the Professional Services-Americas Group of Triple Point Technology. In this role, my primary duties were to serve as a consultant during the implementation and post-implementation phases of the rollout of Triple Point’s commodity trading software platform as well as treasury management and regulatory compliance software. These duties include, but are not limited to, business process flow evaluation, Discovery and Design phase, software training, system configuration, rollout of software to production phase, and Tier III Support for issue resolution during production phase.I became an employee of Triple Point in June 2008 as part of the acquisition of Investment Support Systems, which I joined, as an implementation consultant in January 2007. I was able to gain valuable experience, in the US, Europe, & South America, through my participation in various Oil, Coal, Power, and Gas implementations.Key Achievements:> Successful implementation of 6 global projects & 7 mid-size projects.> Trained consultants in new offices and assisted sales during workshop phase.> Promoted to a Principal Consultant as a result of excellent project leadership
