Last year, we exceeded the organization's goal for marketing qualified leads (MQLs) by 53%. I oversee media relations, including cultivation and management of GRP’s relationship with local, regional and national media. We also collaborate with third-party vendors including agency professionals, social media experts, business unit leaders, and external communication teams to drive conversion rates and lead generation. Our goal is to improve perception and consideration of Greater Richmond among site location professionals and corporate decision makers proven by third-party qualitative and quantitative surveys. My team collaborates with the business development team to understand priorities, identify and develop strategic marketing targets, improve presentation content and train for media interviews.
