Responsible for overseeing the Airrosti offices across El Paso and South Texas. Responsible for the onboarding, integration and growth of new physician practices. Demonstrates leadership and ensures collaboration among the Airrosti Certified Providers and Certified Recovery Specialists. Maintains efficient practice operations to ensure consistency, efficiency and overall performance across the different practices. Collaborates with the Treatment Teams to set practice priorities and goals in accordance with overall organizational goals.Key initiatives include practice integration, monitoring and managing the Treatment Teams to include customer service, patient follow-up and satisfaction, financials, quality and meaningful use attestations, business information systems, practice profile analysis, and compliance with regulatory bodies. Coordinates ongoing staffing of assigned staff positions, including management of PTO coverage and identifying when staffing levels need to be adjusted. Maintains efficient practice operations; involving scheduling, clinical outcomes, and patient experience. Direct supervisor of 18 employees and conducts quarterly clinical reviews and annual reviews. Coordinates multiple marketing events ranging up to 500 people in attendance throughout the year. Occasionally, provides the clinical coverage of a Certified Recovery Specialist in practices in Airrosti facilities. The objective of this position is to support treatment teams to provide the highest quality care with uninterrupted treatment plans to achieve maximum therapeutic benefit in the shortest amount of visits.
