Horizon Power's graduate program, in which participants are rotated on a 6-month schedule across the business. I was given the opportunity to undertake VoLL analysis for the undergrounding of HV feeders, system modelling for loads and solar connections and model building and web development for Horizon Power's Grid Planning Portal project.

CCIWA's engineering graduate program, in which participants are rotated on a 6-month schedule across electrical utilities in WA. I worked with Horizon Power and gained much knowledge and experience of the electrical utility industry. I was given the opportunity to undertake network design work (for network upgrades, maintenance and new customer connections), maintenance planning, development of O&M documentation for SPS units and reconstruction of protection settings calculation documents.

Participated in the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Western Australia (CCIWA) 2018/2019 Engineering Summer Vacation Program. Placement in the Engineering Services team at Horizon Power. I had the opportunity to assist in design review of active works and the development of tools for use in the design review process.
