About Michael J Evans

I have been a professional in the hospitality industry for more than 25 years. Beginning in fine dining restaurants to executive chef on small cruise line sailing world wide. Currently, and for the past 18 years, I have been the executive chef/operations manager of a 20 room inn/retreat. At Evins Mill, I manage and participate in all day to day activities through all departments. I work closely with the owner on the financials of the business, as well as all scheduling, purchasing, human resources...yeah, a little bit of everything. Specialties: I am passionate about food.
