Michael Grohs concentrates his practice in the litigation of business disputes in state and federal courts. Michael has experience representing corporate clients and individuals in a wide variety of commercial, insurance, fraud, employment and general litigation matters.Michael regularly represents insurance companies and has handled a number of insurance litigation matters, including class actions, with respect to coverage issues involving, among other specialized coverages, property and casualty, CGL, life, health and surety lines.Michael also handles employment and transactional matters for his clients. He counsels corporate clients in matters arising in the workplace, including the hiring and firing of employees, claims of discrimination, internal investigations, company policies and employee handbooks, enforcement of confidentiality and other post-employment restrictive covenants. In addition, Michael has considerable experience in eDiscovery, including the use of technology assisted review tools and other computer forensics services.Prior to joining Saiber, Michael clerked for the Hon. Robert J. Passero (Ret.) – former Assignment Judge for the Passaic Vicinage of the Superior Court of New Jersey and served as a litigation associate at a mid-sized law firm based in Essex County.
