I have 20+ years of tenure within telecommunications companies. I’ve worked in many roles starting as a customer service representative, but primarily focused on metric and performance reporting as well as system support and system enhancement work. I have a passion for solving complex problems, creating robust reporting, providing effective systems and tools, and strategic planning. My experience and diversity of support roles has allowed me to capture a strong understanding of how to drive KPI performance as well as system improvements. As a Sr Business Analyst, I provided reporting to support 1000+ employee call centers and partnered for regional reporting. I also partnered across our sites to help improve reporting and reduce workload through automation of dashboards, scorecards, and tools. I have advanced Excel skill level including formulas, dashboard/scorecard creation and VBA automation. As a Systems Experience Analyst/Manager, I have 7 years of experience working remotely with cross functional teams on major projects using both waterfall and agile methodologies.
