CurrentResponsible for ensuring a field-based/multi-disciplinary sales team achieves professional and personal success. I am leading a high performing team which has exceeded expectations! I have worked with individuals during organizational change and ambiguous times, to bring focus and success. I have integrated team members from varying business units and roles to successfully navigate their change curve. This has led to improvements in team culture and team dynamics ultimately leading to the creation of a cohesive team. I have led a regional business which has covered over seven (7) different product/assets during a fiscal year, generating growth across a robust portfolio. I have created an environment where team members have exceeded in launch excellence for a variety of products. I continue to work in a variety of markets which have included but is not limited to Cardiovascular, Pain/Migraine, Woman’s Health, Iron Deficiency Anemia Infusions, Vaccine and Anti-Viral. I have managed operational budgets to ensure investment is optimized based on a balance between experience and analytic based insights. l have continued to maintain Brand lead responsibilities which have National influence. This has leveraged my project management and collaboration skills across multiple departments. I have successfully liaised with co-promotion organizational partners to ensure alignment in execution. I have ensured we operate compliantly and in the most professional manner.
