•Developing contracting strategy, Request for Proposal and Contract documents for the $4.6 billion, BiPole III Project, a 500 kV HVDC transmission line to support the transfer capacity for the new 685 megawatt (MW) Keeyask Hydro Generating Station in northern Manitoba.•Delivering construction management and quality control inspection services for the BiPole III Project.

Managed civil construction for additions to the Enbridge Hardisty Terminal in central Alberta. Enbridge operates the world's longest, most sophisticated crude oil and liquids transportation system. Enbridge also has a significant and growing presence in the natural gas transmission and midstream businesses, and an increasing involvement in renewable energy.

Managed all the public and agency consultation, regulatory approvals and permitting, engineering, procurement and construction of multi-million dollar power projects for electrical load and wind and natural gas fired generation customer interconnections.Delivered Construction Management/Construction Engineering services on the project site for an $800 million power project for AltaLink to interconnect new wind power in SE Alberta. The three (3) year project required management of the EPCM company, several construction contractors and landowners.Developed project execution plans to ensure timely and cost efficient power system construction and commissioning. Execution plans focused on engineering, material procurement and delivery, contractor procurement and contract management, quality control, site supervision, commissioning and closeout.
