Delivering CPD to mainstream sports coaches and educators in their SEN Unit within the school. Cricket coaching delivery to y7 and y8 with myself and Jesper Winn

Head Coach Surrey CCC U10 Boys. Lead team of coaches at u10 level through 10 week pre season programme indoors. Followed by full summer match play selection into intra squad matches, moving into best v best playing opportunities. Working with Performance Managers, Performance Administrator and Head of Pathway. U10 pathway involves player primary video assessments and outcomes, followed by phase two face to face assessments and outcomes. Successful players move into indoor coaching programme Jan-March, and then follow on through to the summer match play phase. All players get fully individualised feedback at the end of the programmes. Player selection then into the u11 programme thereafter. I also work in various Surrey boys age groups up to EPP assisting in coaching, feedback and player assessments to the Head Coaches of these groups.

Live 121 cricket coaching, giving live video link coaching via Microsoft teams. Player feedback given instantly as if I was actually there. Bringing technology and tradition together innovatively at this challenging time.

Joint Head coach.Includes organising coaches for 200+ youth set up, and coaching the u10 age group squad. Liaising with other age group coaches, managers and parents. Also working with senior players on a consultancy basis - helping them get the most from their primary skill sets in preparation for matches.

Coaching children from ages 2-11. Sports - football, rugby, cricket. Sports change termly. Work under Director of Sport.

Setting up the day, engaging with teachers, support staff and students. Collating results and presenting awards at end of day, announcing winners and signposting exit routes for players who are not in clubs. Could be Kwik Cricket/Inter Cricket/Indoor Cricket, depending on age of participants and time of year.

Working under Head of PE I run a drop in lunchtime table cricket club, and three sessions of school PE for children with a wide range of physical disabilities, including profound and multiple learning disabilities and complex health needs. Also includes mentoring staff to enable them to run sessions when I'm not able to attend. Also help organise with Head of PE to run Get Active Week for all pupils, includes a junior and senior sports days.

Overall manager of all multi sports activities for week long non residential sports camp, for children aged 7-16.

Breakfast club cricket coach to y6 students

Surrey CCC U13's lead performance coach, overseeing all performance matches over the summer match play period. Matches played at Charterhouse School and Ashford (Middx) CC. Working on talent ID and putting players in and out of the county performance pathway. Duties include selecting team from appropriately evaluated players, warm up's on the day, working with performance managers day to day and liaising with players and parent helpers before and during the day. Giving feedback to players and performance managers/Head of Academy performance.

Lead performance coach for Surrey CCC u11-u14 players working at The Kia Oval.Setting coaching programme for pre season ten week performance programme in conjunction with junior performance coaching team within SCCC performance cricket objectives. Summer lead performance coach for u14 age group.

Head Coach of development centre, delivering coaching for up to 150 participants aged 5-16 over two 10 week clocks pre and post Christmas. Lead a team of 4 other coaches during the courses, responsibilities include scoring all participants and referring onto performance department as necessary, plus full H+S responsibility, first aid, creating an environment which is enjoyable for all and making players and parents want to return. Having fun, creating future Surrey professional cricketers. Track record of 6 already through this centre during my two stints being Head Coach.
