Sr. Technical Specialist, Allstream· The primary role is representing the Technology Development Group during the Allstream ORC (Opportunity Review council) process. In this process, which focuses on delivering custom solutions and pricing for complex customer requirements, I worked with the different technology groups within Allstream to determine labor, costing, hardware and software estimates required to deliver custom solutions. · Representing the department in the new product introduction process, ensuring that all the network and service design decisions are deployed correctly and the process for maintaining and evolving new products is adhered to throughout the company.
