During this time, I have grown from being a newly hired Annuity Broker to Senior Director of Advanced Annuity Sales, leading a team of 8 Annuity Brokers & Account Management specialists. By focusing on building meaningful and trusted strategic relationships, through client collaboration, we have been able to enter into new markets and sell an array of new products all while achieving a 100% customer satisfaction. This focus on my customers allowed me to achieve 150% of my annual sales quota in 2015.
