I’m a financial planner and investment specialist responsible for taking clients through our financial planning process, paying special attention to important life milestones. I work closely with other client advisors (CPA, attorney, etc.) to ensure goals and objectives are shared and aligned then act as our clients’ catalyst to get their plan implemented.As an investment specialist, I’m part of Wealth By Design’s investment committee which is responsible for researching opportunities and preparing portfolio recommendations. Additionally, I take lead on conducting investment reviews with clients to confirm that their expectations continue to be calibrated to their goals & financial plan. Prior to joining Wealth By Design, I worked 16 years at Merrill, most recently holding the position of Wealth Management Specialist. During my tenure, I developed and refined my skills in the investment and retirement planning area with plans to further expand into estate and asset protection, charitable planning and business owner continuity and succession. I graduated from St. Bonaventure University, earning a MBA and BBA both with a concentration in Accounting/Finance. I also achieved an industry designation of Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC ®) which denotes expertise in helping clients develop a roadmap to retirement income.I reside in Wayne, NJ with my wife, two kids and family rescue dog. I grew up in Buffalo, NY before moving to New Jersey but remain a diehard Bills and Sabres fan. I’m very active in the hockey community as a coach, official and director of a Learn-to-Play program.
