Gap Analysis led to improved ability for the government to achieve quality deliverables and manage costs and performance. • Lead training team through New Equipment Training (NET) for all fielding events to improve understanding and safe effective use of fielded equipment and managed relationships with Fleet Marine Forces to ensure effective reach back and sustainment of training • Created documentation in conjunction with acquisition logisticians, sustainment logisticians, and technical support analysts such as: Fielding Plans, Disposal Plans, Letters of Instruction, Leave Behind Training Packages, and Manpower and Training deliverables

• Provided oversight and leadership to Battalion training evolutions consisting of monthly iterations of a 28-day training cycle for the Biometrics integration at TTECG Intelligence S-2.• Engaged in professional development training and scenario based exercises that promote biometrics, intelligence, and forensic skills such as: Questioning (Evaluation and Debrief), Scenario Development (Mojave Viper (MV), Enhanced Mojave Viper (EMV), and Integrated Training Exercise (ITX) scenario rewrites), and biography development of Role Players and off site enrollments, Tactical Site Exploitation (Evaluation and Debrief), integration of Biometrics into Attack the Network Operations, and the employment of Company Level Intelligence Cell.• Trained Marines in biometrics through both theoretical lesson plans and operational scenarios based on real world experiences. Training is provided in both formal classroom environments and field expedient classes to improve basic knowledge and critical thinking during ad hoc sessions • Created and maintained records management databases for biometric information used in training evolutions. Ensured data hygiene and accuracy of the collected information and ensured accurate use cases could be retrieved for training requirements. • Lead Platform Instructor for 2 New Equipment Training (NET) and Fielding of Biometrics systems to the Marine Corps BESD and IDS-MC (Inc 1). Worked with Provost Marshals Office (PMO) /Criminal Investigation Division (CID) to screen Role Players prior to granting access to bases.
