Lead by example.• Review and recommend (or not) 3rd party products for project use and implementation, attend 3rd party off-site meetings (sales pitches).• Research feasibility of high level ideas presented by leaders and create presentations for senior officers.• Insure application security through 3rd party testing tools.• Manage vulnerability identification and patching.• Create and manage Change Requests for development, QA and Production environment modifications.• Identify problems during development and testing, propose changes, insure issues are resolved.• Order hardware (servers, IPDUs, telephony circuits, telephony hardware) and insure that it is properly installed at world-wide locations.• Insure our products follow governmental guidelines for banking regulations regarding customer communication.• Helped develop onsite hands and feet support documentation.• Manage third party system updates and other projects related to improving the code base or improving system security.
