• Work with product owner and stakeholders to gather, analyze, design, and document product requirements for new and existing CMS-UMC projects• Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas of improvement, and develop functional solutions• Responsible for creating/updating documents required as part of an agile/scrum system development lifecycle including features, user stories, detailed functional requirements, and inputs for technical design• Coordinate with the Technical Developers to ensure complete understanding of functional requirements• Review/edit requirements, business processes and recommendations related to the Product Owner’s proposed CMS-UMC project• Support the CMS-UCM Team by becoming a Subject Matter Expert on Custom Projects• Facilitate meetings and discussions as needed during the Custom Solution/Project lifecycle• Develop education & outreach materials including user guides and other external communications• Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements• Support product testing efforts including user acceptance testing• Assist in capturing meeting minutes• Assist Development Team with data migration from the UCM Legacy system to the UCM NexGen System• Assist the Development Team with reporting data migration from Cognos to Business Objects• Lead Business Analyst for the UCM Business Objects Reporting Team• Assist with and mentor new hires on the UCM Business Analyst Team

• Analyze and decompose High-Level Business Requirements and User System Requirements into Functional Requirements.• Create and update Business Requirement and Functional Requirement documents.• Create Process Flow diagrams using Microsoft Visio.• Manage Project Milestones through the use of the Agile/Scrum methodology process.• Assist the Government Manager, Team Lead, and Development Team, coordinating between team members according to the Business Requirements.• Involved in project planning and coordination.• Responsible for submitting Status Reports to management summarizing completed Milestones and Tasks.• Conduct user training and prepare training material for user retention and future use.• Investigate and identify requirements via Process Flows, Use Cases, Interviewing, and Determining Present State.• Analyze requirements to determine clarity while resolving inconsistency, ambiguity, and contradictions.• Communicate with different Stakeholders, Business Groups, and User Groups to elicit and to analyze Business Requirements.• Project Lead on multiple CECOM Software Development Efforts.

- Act as a liaison between government representative and lifecycle scheduling team - Create and maintain documentation and spreadsheets for reporting to government lead- Create and use charts and tracked data roll-ups to create impactful PPT slides and presentations for government IPR usage- Communicate effectively with CECOM IT customers for Lifecycle deployment effort – included working with all levels of users, explaining model types and products needed for unique individual customer requirements- Interface with up to 10 different customers daily, explain computer specifications, walk customers through initial new computer set-up- Utilize ticketing system to document troubleshooting various Operating system deployment errors and issues faced by all customers within CECOM IT on C4ISR campus

- Teach credit courses establishing the foundation for all computer-based courses within the Visual Communications Program- Introduce students at varying computer user levels to digital art software- Create effective lectures, demonstrations and assignments required for completion by students- Use and remain familiar with newest graphic, video, sound, animation software on the market- Maintain documentation based on student needs for discussion with other instructors, ensuring grading and all policies are continuously being improved upon

- Update team database and documentation regularly, ensuring adequate team quality reviews occurred regularly.- Effectively and efficiently troubleshoot software application, hardware and network issues- Utilize batch scripting and programming tools to troubleshoot applications, building new code as needed to contribute to team productivity- Setup, configure and install new and used computers, take note of customer issues and preferences for reporting to management- Apply updated image to machines as required, documenting issues and ensuring all imaging and patching processes are up-to-date
