I am a results-driven Bid Professional with a focus on successfully winning new business for outsourcing services providers. In a previous Bid Management role I was successful in winning 56% of the pursued opportunities - approximately $120M of contracts over my final 3 years. In that time, I also set other bids up for success, then handed over to an off-shore Bid Manager – 7 wins of approximately $300M.I have deep experience:• making sure to deliver a customer-focussed response to a tender, that positively presents the company brand, and aligns with our win strategy;• with successfully managing large-scale, multi-disciplinary outsourcing bids; • with understanding the sales, commercial and financial aspects of a bid; and• in bringing out the very best from geographically and culturally diverse teams.
