Experienced Project Manager, Engineer and Business Development professional with a proven track record of success across the Southeast. Skilled in Land Development, Public Speaking, Networking, Project Cost Estimation, and Business Development. Strong operations mindset with a Bachelor's degree focused in Civil Engineering Technology from Southern Polytechnic State University. I currently manage all aspects of several construction projects along the east coast. Prior to joining JLL, I spent the past 7 years in the Norfolk Southern Industrial Development Department as a senior planning engineer assisting in site location for rail new projects in the Southeast U.S. I have experience in detailed site design and estimating on a range of residential and commercial projects prior to joining Norfolk Southern. My blended project management and engineering experience gives me a unique perspective allowing me to facilitate growth provide value to my clients. Previous responsibilities include hiring, training, and leading a team of intern students and entry level engineers. Outside of the organization, I continue to maintain friendships with other engineers, project managers, and economic developers that I've met along my journey.
