I am a proud Business owner of 9 years and the Managing Director of Save the Sash Ltd. Moving from a background in engineering i have designed the processes and tooling to create our timber sash windows and my aim is to disrupt the industry with our efforts. I bring a new product to the Sash window renovation market and I have designed and manufactured further fenestration specifications in ballistic applications and continue to service contracts in the 'forced entry' and security sector.The current challenge faced in my Directorship is to realize sustained growth for the company in a sector very definitely suffering from a skills shortage. We pride ourselves on providing significant staff investment and training to a much valued team and already take our role in the future of Joinery seriously by conducting a successful Apprenticeship scheme currently supporting the training of 2 full time apprentices. Whilst continuing team growth I now endeavor to realize the management structure required for further growth of the business.
