Working with Anglo on their HR ExcellenceTransformation Programme, I was responsible for the successful Deployment of aglobal HR central services solution for Joiners, Movers, Leavers, Personal Data Management, Global Mobility and Executive Services, ensuring quality delivery into the organisation across APAC, EMEA and LATAM.Providing successful technical delivery, cutover, hypercare and transition to support for a major transformation programme and ambitious go live in a large-sale multinational organisation. The transformation programme included a complex shared service and new service design, with globally designed and customer centric HR and people processes, leveraging off existing HR technology and integrating with new HR technology, HR & Finance case management and a “self-service first” service model for colleagues.

Yodel delivers millions of parcels each week to every postcode across the UK. Engaged by Yodel as Senior Delivery Manager I was responsible for the end-to-end management of high-priority portfolio projects across multiple business functions, managing a wide-range of business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and benefits realisations.

The Kingfisher Group is a FTSE 100 retailing company. I was engaged by the Group to support their digital transformation including the unification of the global supply chain and the rollout of a common IT platform for all OpCo’s, migrating brand specific product data into a strategic system with enriched data to support an improved customer experience

• Engaged as Senior Solutions Architect for the c.£5m ‘My Argos Card’ mobile app project, I led a team of four Solution Architects and held overall accountability for the end-to-end design of the highly complex, digital infrastructure solution. The solution comprised of multiple bespoke applications, third-party systems and SaaS products, integrated via hundreds of new RESTful APIs and customer-faced by two native mobile applications (iOS and Android) and a bespoke contact centre web UI• After successfully leading the Solution Architecture team to design delivery, I transitioned into the role of Senior Delivery Manager responsible for implementation, test and go live of the feature-based development streams• In April 2017 the ‘My Argos Card’ app had over 500,000 downloads at the top of the UK App Store, was taking £4.5m of payments per week across 500k+ active monthly users and reduced fraudulent activity by 72% compared to non-digital channels

Initially engaged by Home Retail Group to support their HR Digital Transformation, I continued to deliver priority projects across HR, Group Functions, Homebase and Argos Financial Services through several subsequent extensions, successfully managing a range of projects that delivered tangible benefits to both customers and colleagues

Managed the delivery of changes to support the digital transformation of HR, directing cutover activity and business readiness. This included a critical peak trading cutover to a new payroll system which was completed and reconciled to 100% accuracy

• Produced complete systems architecture roadmaps and detailed designs for a HR digital transformation. Delivered payroll system upgrades and migrations, introduced employee self-service for c.50,000 colleagues including online payslips, automated joiners/movers/leavers processes, absence management, pension management and training systems. Integrating multiple disparate systems to eliminate manual processes, minimise risk of non-compliance and create a seamless colleague experience• Developed methodologies in HR and Payroll that were aligned to broader Information Technology and introduced design documentation, technical specifications, testing (SIT, UAT, SRT, Non-Functional) methodologies and management to the HR projects and teams• Drove efficiencies through a restructure of HR business processes, including the elimination of manual time off in lieu and integration of payroll with resource planning systems for automated payments to colleagues on flexible contracts• Lead the design of a solution for Pensions Auto Enrolment, managing vendors, capturing requirements and creating low- level functional designs for multiple payroll systems• Introduced a strategic benefits platform into Argos, providing a range of features including allowing colleagues to buy and sell holidays• Migrated legacy store payroll management application onto a strategic platform alleviating technical debt and allowing store managers to work within an auditable environment, providing value-add capacity releases• Achieved 30% efficiency against a 25% target through automation and self-service. Reducing store operational and HR shared-services process time through process improvement and introduction of technical capabilities

• Designed and engineered a HR self-service portal used by Land Registry employees and managers as a one-stop-shop for HR related queries, process documentation and automated forms• Engaged with HR teams and senior management to create a standardised collection of HR policies and processes, resulting in the centralisation and rationalisation of disparate forms and process guidance, empowering managers and reducing HR queries• Drove engagement with HR SLT, end users and managers to articulate business requirements into viable functional and technical specifications, used to implement a HR Business Warehouse and reporting suite, providing previously unknown metrics underpinning HR Operations and driving Executive decision making• Delivered data requirements, and performed QA of SAP Master Data to support migration to SAP EIC and a centralised shared service model for employee support
