-Provided front-line NIPR/SIPR Network Administrative support to US Army tactical units deployed in the Southwest Asia Theatre-Create, maintain and troubleshoot VPN networks using EIGRP, OSPF, BGP and NHRP protocols as well as static routing-Basic Cisco Call Manager functions to include: trunk routing, building phone profiles and troubleshooting long-locals-TACLANE KG-175 Administration for SIPRNET, (classic to delta versions)-TACACS Administration-Work closely with SatCom personnel to provide critical customer support on routed network to SatCom demarc
