Performs duties up to a GS-14 level.• Lead backup system support efforts with a team of four technicians for two geographic regions of the US.• Authors scripts as required for use in simplifying basic tasks for both administrator and end-user use.• Configured MS-based servers utilizing MS Server 2003 and 2008 to adapt them to their assigned role.
