Complete examination of insurance claim files;Review for policy coverage, exceptions, exposure to carrier, subrogation possibility, compensatory liability;Written/oral communication with potential claimants, insurance carriers, attorneys;Preparation of memos/reports detailing claim level exposure, potential for recovery from third parties, complietion of statutory requirements.
