Magnetos, Ignition harnesses,and thermocouple harnesses.• Perform overhauls on natural gas engines (Waukesha, Arrow, Caterpillar 3300-3400-3500, and White Superior)• Perform overhauls on compressors (Ariel and White Superior)• Daily service and maintenance on gas compressor packages ranging from 5HP to 2500HP.• Perform engine exchanges.• Running, maintaining and repairs on equipment for shift work. 600hp and under diesel air compressors, Light towers, 100KW gens, air compressors.• Running a service truck, maintain inventory and complied with hours-of-service regulation.• Plant turn arounds, inspecting equipment and determine repairs required on screw and reciprocating compressors, small pumps, coolers, alignments etc.• Work required being on the road for long periods of time & working long hours.• Completed daily service reports, PJHA and equipment reports.• On call rotation• Stay current and up to date with latest manufacture

Pamco Central Services (Gas Drive)

Disassemble, clean and rebuild, engine components (starters, carbs, fuel regulators,intercoolers, oil coolers, water pumps, etc.) to manufactures specs.• Disassemble, rebuild Waukesha, Caterpillar, Arrow engines to manufactures specs.• Install engines on Dynamometer and test run.• Preformed minor welding and fabricating duties when necessary. (brackets, guards,Shop equipment, pumps)
