Reported directly into the Chief Commercial Officer delivering three core roles: Business Development, Internal Consulting, External Consulting (upon client demand). Business development responsibilities included: target market and client/business line research, sales support delivering selling collateral and competitive intel, sales outreach/lead generation utilizing direct networking and marketing campaigns (global and local), sales delivery enablement creating materials/structure/processes to convert leads to revenue opportunities. Internal consulting responsibilities included: rate card/contract/RFP advisory and negotiations support, competitor benchmarking/analysis, procurement engagement/communications counsel, client sourcing process and systems expertise, account/business planning counsel.

Responsible for global category sourcing managing: Business Consulting, Corporate Insurance and Legal Support, and Cost Recoveries services representing aggregate annual spend in excess of €189 Million

Promoted to responsibility for managing a team of 3 sourcing experts with combined annual spend of $584 Million for Bank of America representing 149 active Master Agreements and 134 managed suppliers serving Corporate Finance (Audit, Accounting, Tax), Corporate Treasury (includes Corporate Insurance), Corporate Legal, and Corporate Risk (includes Compliance).

Supported the largest product category in Lowes with over $4 Billion in sales in FY 2005 (vs. $43.2 Billion for the company overall) and an average inventory budget of roughly $500 million.
