• Ensure adherence to contract by referring to engineering specs and drawings, holding meetings with supervisors, and performing quality control walk-arounds to ensure compliance
• Act as on site liaison between company and client by leading monthly progress meetings and representing the company to client representatives
• Work with home office to identify subcontractors and lay out scope of work
• Manage 1-3 subcontractors simultaneously
• Manage demolition, abatement and safety for crews up to 25 persons
• Minimize costs wherever possible by controlling man hours, minimizing deliveries and trucking, and comparing costs for similar tools/products

Houston, Texas

• Supervise production and safety for crews up to 20 persons involving tasks such as interior and structural demolition, equipment salvage, excavation, import and export of backfill and debris, and grading
• Work closely with other supervisors and subcontractors to prevent overlap and interference in work areas and coordinate on schedule progress of the project schedule
• Perform administrative duties such as time keeping, trucking logs, job safety analysis, and various contract specific monitoring
• Monitored consumable levels, e.g. fuel, cutting gas, lubes, to ensure crew had enough supplies and that replacements arrived on time
• Relay ordering of tools, consumables, and rental equipment from other jobsite supervisors to the home office

Texas Area, Oklahoma Area

• Supervise Right Of Way construction activities including land clearing, gate installation, SWPPP installation, and road construction
• Lead crews of up to 10 persons
• Coordinate activities of onsite personnel within up to 2 mile stretches of Right of Way
• Perform daily safety meetings in English and Spanish and implement/enforce all company and client safety regulations
• Order supplies in a timely manner for out of town jobs for the week in advance
• Report to the project manager daily: area of land cleared, roads or gates installed, and man and machine hours
