Obtained vesting title for a 6” High Pressure Gas Line, facilitating survey permission. Organized and formalized files in the office in order to have historical information on the project. Developed feasibility study for alternate routes through Houston Shipyard.

Oversaw acquisition for ROW for KOCH to install a 16” & 20” Pipe Line to transport Crude Oil. Negotiated with land owners to obtain easements and settle construction damage claims Coordinate with Survey and construction Personnel, directing field agents throughout the acquisition and construction process.

Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area, Clarksburg, West Virginia

Oversaw major ROW acquisition projects including acquisition of ROW for PATH to install a 765 KV Transmission Highline and acquisition of ROW for MPL to install a 24” Pipe Line to transport Crude Oil. Led the full lifecycle of ROW management activities including acquiring 50-year limited title certificates, filing easement documents, and negotiating with land owners to obtain easements. Managed all staff management activities including coordinating with construction personnel and managing and directing up to 12 field agents providing training and coaching for acquisition negotiations and construction/damage settlements.
