I am a graduate from Central Connecticut State University with a degree in Mathematics. My background in the subject placed an emphasis on the application of concepts relevant to actuarial science. Accordingly, I am very interested in employment as an actuary or in a mathematics / statistics related field and I believe this educational background makes me an exceptional candidate for such a position.While attending Central Connecticut State University, I developed a variety of skills. My education imparted me with knowledge essential to the understanding and application of mathematical statistics, actuarial models, credibility theory, loss and frequency distributions, financial mathematics, economics, and more. My analytical skills, critical thinking ability, expertise at identifying problems and finding a solution, and keen attention to detail were sharpened by my experiences here. My time at university further nurtured a passion for mathematics that began early in my life. Beyond my strong mathematical background, I have developed an unrivaled work ethic at all the places where I have worked in the past. My ability to multitask has been honed to an exceptional degree. My time management skills are excellent. My verbal communication skills have been augmented after years of experience with customers. I am adept at adapting to a changing situation.
