I began the role in November 2022 as Onsite PAM supporting multiple Channel Gold and Authorized CSG-heavy resellers, and Acquisition CSPs across the UK. Since August 2023, I've progressed to manage a one of Dell's largest Titanium Black partners in the UK.- Develop and manage day-to-day relationships with partners and distributors to ensure high level of service.- Built joint business plans that are in line with the strategic direction of my partners whilst helping to differentiate Dell's offering to increase share of wallet in my partner base.- Understand and explain the channel busines model and how this relates to selling Dell's products and services.- Accountable for qualification and fulfillment of sales pipeline across all of Dell's end-to-end portfolio.- Grown the buyer base in my partners by brokering relationships with Dell end user account managers and working in collaboration that is productive and enjoyable for all.- Resolve or escalate any customer concerns as appropriate.

Photogenic events is my family’s event photography business, specialising in large group occasions such as balls, proms and weddings.- Responsible for managing and photographing my own events. This consists of installing and configuring a mobile photography studio, photographing guests, dealing with event organisers, venue management and managing an assistant.- Working under pressure due to customer demand, time constraints and the occasional technical problem. I am able to keep a cool head and overcome issues as they occur.

I worked in CGEM EMEAR, a sub-organisation of enterprise sales which manages Cisco’s largest corporate customers throughout Europe, Middle East, Africa and Russia.- Worked with regional sales teams to manage invitation and registration of customer events with CEO & CTO level attendance. Clients included BMW, HSBC, AstraZeneca and Nestle. Throughout the organisation of these events, I gained an understanding of Cisco products and services to facilitate email invitation copywriting, identification and briefing of specialist speakers, then running the virtual events including introductions and Q&A.- Solely responsible for creating & publishing a monthly newsletter covering global sales news stories and summaries of recent key customer wins. This newsletter was collated from and distributed to 750 Cisco staff. I received commendation from many staff after relaunching the newsletter with a fresh and innovative design improving its readership and value within the team.- Completed training and became competent at using many software platforms including MS Sharepoint, Oracle Eloqua, Cvent, Smartsheet, Salesforce and Wordpress.- Regular communications with Senior Cisco Staff and Sales Management across international territories, dealing with many different cultures, languages and time zones. I adapted my interpersonal skills to facilitate a global audience in my verbal and written communications.
