Under my leadership my team and I created exciting and engaging theme shows that tackled serious topics such as sexual abuse and racism, as well as entertaining content like the importance of female empowerment in the Latina community and whether monogamy or polyamory held the secret to a long lasting relationship. I led a small team that booked, pitched and researched each topic and guest. I personally pitched each episode and pre-interviewed every celebrity guest and expert that appeared on screen.
