  Current role is Senior Storage Engineer with in the Storage Services Team since 2005.Transitioning to Service Delivery Specialist for Storage working with our offshore partners.In my role as Senior Storage Engineer I primarily manage the FC SAN that is used to connect the Netapp storage to the our Midrange and Windows Hosts.Currently we use SANnav as the administration tool for the FC SAN.The FC SAN environment also contains the Oracle SL3000 Tape Libraries.I am also the primary administrator for the Veritas Enterprise Vault environment.As part of my role I also administer NetApp storage systems(Metro Cluster & Cluster mode systems) , Symantec Netbackup, Commvault.Prior to working in the Storage Services team, I worked in the Wintel Support Team support our Wintel Server fleet for a couple of years.I have also support our mobile & remote corporate agent laptop users.My initial position within Suncorp was working in out Retail Branch IT Support team.Prior to commencing full-time employment with Suncorp, I work for Data#3 contracted out to Suncorp. I worked on the internal Suncorp IT Support Service Desk initially as a first point of contact consultant and then a Level 2 support consultant.
