Providing leadership on various projects to the Government Of Kenya through the Ministry of Energy and Petroleum. The projects completed include- Designed and stewarded the development of the domestic gas market in Kenya through the acquisition of a Floating Storage Regasification Unit (FSRU); The project involved undertaking feasibility studies for LNG supply, assessment of infrastructure requirements, Demand planning and recommendation on conversion of existing heavy fuel power plants. -Led a study on institutional sector reforms in key agencies (MoPM, NOCK, OAG, KRA, AG, NEMA, KPC, PDU, etc.) in readiness for oil production; -Development of strategic plans for the Energy and Petroleum regulatory authority and the National Oil Corporation transformation plan. -Capacity building and development of training plans and programs in the Oil and Gas Sector-Policy formulation in the petroleum sector such as the development of Petroleum Policy and Local content policy leading to the Energy and Petroleum Act, Local content policy, upstream, mid, and downstream regulations - Provided technical review of the Field Development since 2015 and supported GOK in technical and commercial discussions. -Led various projects on transaction advisory, Petroleum Masterplan development, technical licensing strategies, and petroleum cost audit. - Providing program management and reporting to WB on various performance matrices for the program.

•Managing a team of over 10 petroleum Engineers with various technical domainsDeveloping departmental programs for oil and gas exploration and development.preparing department budget, financial plans, procurement and performance review of the department Goverment liaison on oil and gas development projects in the country Mentoring Engineers including designing overseas capacity development programs. Working closing with IOC and proving monitoring reports to GOk on oil and gas exploration program Undertaking technical engineering studies such as FDP review on behalf of GOK. review of operating company development models as well as undertaking independe GOK initiated studies to optimize recoveries.Review of operating companies work program and budget

• Create basin models to predict source rock maturity, timing of expulsion and the migration of hydrocarbons. • Correlation of hydrocarbon fluid samples with potential source rocks: • Quantify risk associated with petroleum system elements and calculate volumes of potential reservoirs• Conduct/manage geochemical sampling and analysis programs and correlate results with modelling on both prospect and regional scale. • Develop and implement operating procedures with respect to geochemical data collection operations, analysis and interpretation.• Participate in improving the company’s geochemical and basin modelling expertise through mentoring and training.• Responsible for maintaining core storage and laboratory data• Mentor other company geochemist(s), Technicians and laboratory services• Developing technical reports for Kenya sedimentary basins
