I used Architectural plans sent by client companies and redrew simple floor plans where millwork would be placed. Using Microvellum I generated the sections of all “like” millwork using Microvellum, and linked the walls that the millwork would be placed on to an area that the elevation would be drawn in detail. After drawing the elevation in detail, using client standards, I engineered the styles and placements of all millwork to be done on that elevation using microvellum. Generating the “Sections” of all “like” millwork using microvellum, then labeling and Dimensioning all “Plan Views”, “Elevations and “Sections”.I then laid out all the views in “Paperspace” according to the paper size of clients drafts and standards for final “Shop Plans” and “Final Contractor Plans”. I would then print and bind the preliminary’s for the clients to “Redline”. Once returned, I would make corrections and updates then “print and bind” the “Final Drafts” for shipment. I also did electronic communication using “Adobe Acrobat 8” for “Redlining” and then sent electronically zipped preliminaries and “Final Drafts”.
