Develop training course material and presentations as required by the various departments. Facilitated learning using a variety of given methodologies. Facilitated the transfer and application of learning in the workplace, and promoting a learning culture in the organisation. Asses the effectiveness of training and performing on-line audits. Accurate record keeping for re-training of employees.

Responsible for quality components to leave the line and meeting of daily production targets. Development and multi -skilling of employee’s. Managing line discipline/housekeeping and facilitate team centre meetings. Complete daily/weekly production documentation, KPI/s. Performing random employee line audits as per quality inspections.

Performing change-overs and tool-changes as per frequency per product/production requirement.Setting up cutters & tools for machining and adjustments to out of specification measuring room reports. Neat and accurate storage and identification of back-up and used tooling.

Performing all maintenance functions with Artisan eg. Pipe Fitting, D.T.I. Alignment, Hydraulic and Pneumatics on gearboxes, pumps and valves.
