In the role of Projects Director at Fini Group Michael was was principally responsible for a number of large multi-level, mutli and mixed use inner city development projects of various scale and type, as well was undertaking initial assessments of new development opportunities. Project management responsibilities included; initial feasibility assessments, design development, procuring all development approvals, final feasibility & liaising with financiers, coordinating the marketing & sales process, periodic management reporting, liaising with all joint venture partners and other stake holders, liaising with construction managers, and maintaining effective project control over the life of the project to achieve all key milestones to finalise a project on time and on budget.

Michael's position primarily involved the compilation of market valuation reports on industrial, commercial, office, retail and luxury residential properties for finance institutions and corporate clients. These valuations often required the used of computer spreadsheets programs to produce discounted cash flow and static analysis to support market derived findings based on conventional valuation techniques. The role also involved the provision and delivery of professional advisory services providing corporate and private clients with advice regarding both broad and specific matters relating to property investment in general or advice relating to a particular property or development
