Recruit, screen and qualify independent contractors for environmental and property condition assessments.

Delivered classroom and online training of company's proprietary web application to employees and customers. Developed and updated training materials; worked with developers, project managers and support personnel on completing research, upgrades and enhancements; and provided customer service.

Collected necessary loan and tax information on residential properties. Increased efficiency by introducing use of internet searches for obtaining information.
