In June of 2006 I was offered the position of Regional Coordinator for California. Several months later I absorbed most of the Western States into my region, and in progression absorbed Texas, the South, the NW and the East Coast Regions. I initially started off with this company as their Tax Sale Coordinator, a position that I created all the tracking and reporting procedures for. In my first year at that position I increased company purchases from roughly 10-20 purchases a month to averaging 75 purchases a month. The next 12 months of the following year I averaged over 175 land purchases.
