Completed initial offer pricing of all parcels of land bought in the United States through individuals and from government agencies. Assigned work force of land inspectors assignments to visit and research all potential purchases and used the information to evaluated each parcels value, and resale potential based on use, location, zoning and area development. These values were used to determine final purchase offers and forecast auction returns.

In June of 2006 I was offered the position of Regional Coordinator for California. Several months later I absorbed most of the Western States into my region, and in progression absorbed Texas, the South, the NW and the East Coast Regions. I found the bear market of 2007-2008 to be an enjoyable challenge as the new value predictions needed to incorporated both devaluation assessment and client psychology to determine what areas would still be of investment interest, and what parcel traits were needed to ensure marketability.

I initially started off with this company as their Tax Sale Coordinator, a position that I created all the tracking and reporting procedures for. In my first year at that position I increased company purchases from roughly 10-20 purchases a month to averaging 75 purchases a month. The next 12 months of the following year I averaged over 175 land purchases a month through county and municipal tax sales in 42 of the 50 states.
