Really learned here and was able to grow as a green tech to a well rounded tech/supervisor and into a project manager & estimator. Great group of guys to work with who gave me the oppurtunity to grow in many areas. Field Technician - Performed installation and termination of 100pr to 300pr CAT3. CAT5e, CAT6, copper cable and fiber optic cabling. Worked with various manufactures form Panduit, Siemon, Leviton, etc. Installed and terminated fiber optic cable for Datacenter and building riser. Performed project consultation and planning, to estimating projects and managing project for conception to final testing and release to customer.Electrical Apprentice - installation from high voltage lighting circuits, floor build outs, review of drawings, conduit installation and circuitry wiring.

First job in this field. Worked for project manager Mark Taylor and Started installing fire alarm cabling and devices. Went on to network cabling installation and troubleshooting. Left this position to work at Vers-Tec.

In this position I took over pre-sales of the route I delivered for the South Houston area. This allowed me to focus on product quality, brand placement strategies, marketing, placement and customer relations. I handled grocery stores, convenience stores, bars and clubs. This was a great opportunity and I exceled in this position and won a trip to Golden Colorado to tour the Coors headquaters and represent our region in the nation. This position came to an end when the company sold out to Faust Distributing in 2000.

This was a great job back in the day. Route driver for beer distribution company. This position allowed me to go from helper, get my CDL and earn my own route in Southhouston area. This was a very fast paced job with over 30-45 stops a day. It was hustling and very active. I enjoyed the work and people. Promoted to route salesman.
