I moved into a senior manager role within the parent company GuideWell Source that provides shared services to two operating companies, First Coast Services Options, and Novitas. I have accountabilities for leading the work tasks within the Government Accounting and reporting department, for Annual budget development for each company as well, financial proposal development bids, and cost estimates for change requests, level of effort and rough order of magnitude pricings and Deltek Cost Point application management. Currently manage staff of professionals to provide customer services to each of the operating areas with the GuideWell source companies, managing annual budget of $350 + million. Responsible for timely and accurate reporting for: - Jurisdiction N estimate at completion (EAC) reporting- Limitation of Funding (LOF) - CMS ART reporting of CLINs and SLIN detailed reports

Have accountabilities for leading the work tasks within the IT Financial Services department, as well as influence the overall IT planning across the Infrastructure and New Infrastructure environments. The deliverables are focused on creating a process across multiple departments to clearly provide actionable information to senior IT management regarding total cost of new capabilities, as well as provide expense projections. These efforts support the strategic initiative of the company of Low Cost Producer strategy. Additional duties include the oversight and reporting to the Chief Information Officer the overall annual expenses ($250 + million) within the Information Technology department.
