Senior Talent Development Partner
Current• Designs, develops and implements training and development solutions for the enterprise and customized solutions for individual departments• Executes needs analysis and data gathering to identify, evaluate and diagnose training and development needs pertaining to organizational initiatives, workforce gaps, and business challenges; uses criteria in the Talent Development Intake Process to prioritize service delivery• Partners with HRBP’s and leaders to understand the business needs of individual departments/groups; uses consultative skills and deep learning expertise to recommend solutions that take enterprise programs and Talent Development strategy into consideration• Acts as a program owner for assigned learning programs; includes ongoing program maintenance, communicating with various stakeholder groups, coordinating deployment, tracking outcomes and effectiveness, and making expert recommendations for content and/or delivery revisions• Delivers learning experiences using adult learning methods to a wide range of participants in a variety of formats, including classroom and virtual formats; is knowledgeable about and uses different techniques to maximize impact, retention and learning outcomes• Develops facilitation capabilities across the organization by conducting train-the-trainer sessions, maintaining facilitation guides, coaching facilitators, etc.• Manages coaching program operations for Southwest Gas; educates and consults with HRBP’s and leaders to explain descriptions, eligibility, advantages, and applications of coaching services• Partners with team members who have a Talent Management focus to support learning and development objectives for TM programs; delivers integrated, cohesive Talent Development solutions
