From a young age, I’ve felt a profound sense of purpose in helping others. I believe that every individual has something unique to offer, and that each of us can discover our own sense of peace, happiness, and purpose when we truly understand our hearts and minds—beyond the conditioning and environments we’ve grown up in or live in today.I work with individuals and organizations through coaching, corporate trainings, workshops, retreats, and classes, sharing a lifetime of experience designed to help people overcome personal challenges and tap into their inner resilience and strength as well as their often overlooked capacity for creativity and artistic expression!My career has bridged diverse worlds—film and theater (acting, writing, producing), nonprofit leadership (executive roles, startup launches, team building), and developing mindfulness curricula informed by trauma insights and neuroscience research for companies, universities, and teams.
