Born and raised in New York, Michael started his career shooting for magazines such as Men's Health, New York Magazine and Family Circle. 23 years later his work still graces the pages of many editorial spreads and award winning covers. Educated in Fine Arts and Photography from NYC's Fashion Institute, Michael spent much of his early years painting, sculpting and shooting fashion and portaiture while at F.I.T. During school and after graduating he worked with various photographers such as Jacques Malignon, Brian Hagiwara, Alen McWeeney, Bev Parker & Alan Richardson. Today Michael enjoys life with his wife, their three sons & dog Jake. He is also an avid cyclist and mountain biker.
