I acted for local government, water corporations and property developers in areas of planning and environment law, water law and compulsory acquisition. My major achievements were: settling a three year multi-million dollar compulsory acquisition dispute on behalf of a municipal council; and advising a water corporation on environmental compliance requirements for the development of a new pipeline through a sensitive wetland and marine area.Clients value my two years of legal practice as it developed my research and analytical problem solving skills and honed my ability to convert technical concepts into practical advice through precise communication. www.rk.com.au

I would design and deliver solutions which included a personalised mix of course advice, coursework and study and performance skills through group seminars and individual mentoring and coaching. I successfully grew the business to include six contractors across seven study areas.
