I am managing the technical group responsible for endpoint (computer and mobility) computing for the United States Senate.

Responsible for; 1) IT Product Portfolio Management, 2) Major Customer Outreach Programs, 3) Enterprise Change and Infrastructure Services Committees, 4) Business Process Improvement for the United States Senate Sergeant at Arms who provides products and services to the offices of the United States Senate (Senators, Committees and Leadership offices).

Provided implementation support, training and pre-sales support for a software company that provided business management solutions to companies in the printing and graphic arts industry.

As Reservations Manager I was responsible for the management of the reservations department (staff of four), management of group sales blocks and management of transient room sales (maximizing occupancy and revenues) at Radission's flagship hotel in Alexandria, VA.As Assistant Front Office Manager I was responsible for the management of the front desk and bell staff (20+ employees) and managing the operations of this 24/7 aspect of the hotel. Held the position at Radisson's flagship hotel in Alexandria, VA as well as High Point, NC (where I also served as the Night Manager).
