Candidate Lead
Current• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter across our USA, UK, Germany, and Japan offices; specialize in sourcing software engineers, data scientists, analysts, and engineering managers; send up to 200 outbound messages to passive candidates using regular search and Boolean search methods; 46.4% average monthly InMail response rate; conduct screen calls with potential candidates; share viable candidates with the hiring manager; meet regularly with senior recruiters and hiring managers to establish priorities, strategy, and refine searches• Schedule up to 100 interviews per week for general and C-Suite roles using Greenhouse, Prelude, Calendly, and Gmail• Lead coordination and growth of technical interview training across domestic and international offices; worked with Engineering leads to audit, condense, and update the interview training program; increased the interviewer pool by 46% in one year, reduced time-to-interview up to 50%• Consistently achieve 100% adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for user inquiries and escalations submitted through Zendesk • Company-wide point-of-contact and subject matter expert for HackerRank, our technical interview platform; work with our product manager in order to identify areas of improvement, enhance user experience, ensure compliance with GDPR laws and regulations• Conduct monthly audits and submit reimbursement reports for the department’s procurement card using Concur• Leverage Workday to audit and publish biweekly headcount planning updates
