Business Analyst/Lead BA within the Strategic Programme Execution team for Enterprise Services,- Implemented a secure payments link that allowed Tier 1 Financial Institutions to digitise cheque processing and rolled out the hardware and software solution that enabled CommBank’s Retail and Lending network to utilise this. The successful implementation of RIC marked CBA as the first of the Australian big banks to move into the Image Exchange space.
